Terms and Conditions
- Applicant must be 18 years or older, have a valid Social Security number, and a checking account.
- Payment Plus, Inc. (PPI) shall have the right and authority to approve or decline any referral.
- Nothing contained in this agreement shall be deemed to create a relationship, partnership, or joint venture between applicant and PPI.
- Applicant must submit the completed Merchant Application form to PPI from each referral.
- Applicant must supply at least 1 approved referral per year in order to remain an active member of the club and to retain referral fees.
- Applicant is solely responsible for reporting all referral fees and for paying all taxes accordingly to any and all government entities.
- Referral fees are subject to change by email notice. Applicant is responsible for providing active, working email address to PPI for such notices.
- Applicant must supply a voided check on a valid bank account to PPI for payment of referral compensation. Applicant is solely responsible for notifying PPI of any bank account change, and for submitting an updated voided check in the event of such a change.
- Referral compensation payments will be made on a quarterly basis via ACH deposit to Applicant's bank account.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without written notice.
