Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations: To cancel your order, please call 1-270-366-0995 or toll free 1-888-523-8464 within two (2) hours of placing your online order.  If your order has already been processed, you will be responsible for paying any shipping costs already incurred.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.  In the event that a cancellation was submitted via phone, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Product Returns: Should you find a product is defective, or if we ship an incorrect item to you, please notify us immediately by calling 270-366-0995 or toll free 1-888-523-8464. We will provide a return form to you so you may send the product back.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event that we have provided a defective or incorrect product.  In the event that you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, you will receive a full refund of item price and any shipping costs.

If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong item, please contact our customer service department at 270-366-0995 or toll free 888-523-8464 to discuss your options. There may be a possibility of doing a product exchange if sufficient stock allows.  

Shipping Procedures

Payment Plus Inc will utilize either Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or the United States Postal Service to ship your order to you. 

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed during the order process.  It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and to verify whether packages can be received at the address you provide, and to ensure that someone is there to receive the package.  Payment Plus Inc is not responsible for theft of product once delivered or delivery to the wrong address.  You must notify us within 15 days of product shipment email if you do not receive your product.

If orders are placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 pm CENTRAL, they will be shipped out the same day.  If any order is placed after 2:00 pm CENTRAL or is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the order will ship on the next business day.

On average, you should expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the time that you place your order.
