Payment Plus welcomes a new team member
Meet Maranda and learn why she is a perfect fit for the Payment Plus family
Maranda Littlejohn joined us in November of last year as an Account Manager. A Lewisburg native who recently moved to Paducah, Maranda is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with an Associates degree in Communication and a Bachelors in Organizational Communication.
Maranda handles customer care, sales support, and the Payment Plus newsletter. She is also  instrumental in assisting customers with PCI compliance. "The security questions that merchants have to answer are written in technical speak and can be challenging for those without years of computer experience to understand," says Maranda. "Being exposed to the language so often, I can relay the information to the customer in an easy-to-understand way, ensuring nothing is lost in translation when it comes to payment industry compliance."
Maranda and her husband David are both involved with Kentucky 4-H. She also is a total foodie, and loves to eat out as well as cook at home. Check out her favorite recipe for the best chocolate chip cookies.
